Honey Buns for the Homeless Ones delivers food, clothing, and creative resources to unhoused individuals and at-risk youth — because in street culture, a “honey bun” is slang for a hundred-dollar bill, and every person we reach deserves that kind of investment.
Honey Buns for the Homeless Ones is a grassroots nonprofit founded by artist and community advocate Miami The Most. We serve unhoused individuals and at-risk youth on the belief that real support means delivering both direct relief and transformative resources side by side.
Every meal, jacket, and mentoring session we hand out is treated the same way a honey bun is treated on the street: something of real, immediate value — not a token gesture, but an investment in the people who receive it.
We don't separate crisis support from long-term growth. A person can pick up a hot meal and warm clothes, then walk into a music session that gives them something to build on — all from the same organization, in the same afternoon.
We named the organization after it on purpose. The name carries a double meaning: the sweet, immediate comfort of a warm meal or a clean pair of socks, and the high-value investment of resources that actually move someone forward.
That's the standard we hold every program to — not charity that stops at comfort, but support valuable enough to help break cycles of risk and restore real hope.
